No. 17 Penthouse Deluxe

All of our apartments have a separate bedroom with an extra large double bed (200cm x 210cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living room with a sofa, coffee table and TV, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. They are equipped with designer furniture and kitchen utensils.

In the laundry room in the basement there are washing machines and dryers for our residents to use.

The following services are included:

∙ weekly cleaning of the apartment (incl. weekly change of towels + every second week change of sheets)

∙ 24h emergency service

∙ all additional housing costs

∙ unlimited free WiFi

∙ janitor services

∙ small welcome gift

Obligatory additional service fee:

∙ final cleaning 150€

We offer the following services on request and for a fee:

∙ Underground parking space 100€/month

∙ Basement storage room 50€/month (price for guests)
